My North Star in my life is to build circles of belonging where people are seen, heard, and nurtured. My mandate is to stand against the loneliness that tries to divide us, weaving mentorship and fierce connection until isolation has no place to hide.
âI was raised off-grid and homeschooled, surrounded by the rhythms of the natural world. Growing up in nature taught me self-reliance, wonder, and a relentless drive for growth. That early life planted in me a belief that true transformation happens when we feel both rooted and free.
âMy path has carried me through early childhood development, psychology, counselling, and coaching, and through the raw realities of life itself. Iâve navigated divorce, parented unique and challenging children into adulthood, explored alternative relationship dynamics, and moved through my own seasons of depression, anxiety, and profound life transition.
After many years spent navigating the online dating world and several âinterestingâ experiences/relationships, I discovered the joy of meeting my later-in-life love, proof that new chapters can bloom when you least expect them.
âThese lived experiences shape the heart of my work far more than any credential ever could and have fueled my passion for attachment theory, understanding how the bonds we form shape the way we love, heal, and connect. It has also fueled my deep desire to work with women navigating their life journey through dating, love and intimacy as well as my passion for working with couples as they navigate their lives and relationships.
âToday I welcome people from every walk of life into my sanctuary sessions, as well as my extensive group work sessions. I am especially devoted to creating affirming space for LGBTQ2S individuals and for people who identify as polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous, honoring each personâs identity, values, and relationship choices. I also work with monogamous couples and assist in conscious uncoupling.
âWhether you come to process loss, to rediscover your own strength, or simply to pause and breathe, I meet you with deep listening, and an intuitive presence that lets your own wisdom rise.
When Iâm not holding space for others, youâll find me transforming ordinary corners of my home and workspaces into cozy restful places, tending my ever-growing collection (obsession) of houseplants, or passionately creating a new workbook in my office or on the patio with a tall glass of iced coffee, always gathering new ideas and learning new things.
